Q: Can I register as a private candidate to sit examinations at your centre?
A: Yes, as long as the specification you have chosen are available for private candidates. Please check with your examination board. There is no age restriction for private candidates.

 Q: What exam do you offer?

A: We offer all GCSE, IGCSE, AS and A2 level examinations from all five examination boards: AQA, Edexcel, OCR, WJEC and CIE.

 Q: How do I know which exam I need to sit?

A: We cannot help on this; you will need to check with your tutor which syllabus you are studying for. Your teacher or tutor needs to advise you on the particular exam and syllabus you need to sit.

 Q: Can I register to sit for an exam if I am abroad?

A: Yes, we have students from many countries come and sit their exams at our centre. Just follow the same procedure for booking exams. Please note: You need to make your own Visa arrangements if you require one. We will not be able to assist you with your Visa application. We provide you with a Statement of Entry to prove you are sitting your exams in London, but we do not get involved any further.

 Q: Do you offer refunds if I choose not to sit my exams?

A: Yes, refunds are offered up to one day before the published date for exam registration. So if the deadline for registering (for example for June exams) is February 14th and you let us know you want to withdraw on the 13th, we will be able to withdraw you and give you refund less administration cost of £30. If you let us know in March, we will not be able to offer you a refund.

Q: When can I receive my Certificate?

We will text/email you when your certificate is ready for collection. For Functional Skills exam this can take up to 2 to 4 weeks. For Pearsons and AAT exams, the results are given straight away.
